I wasn't really sure where to park as there were cars everywhere. Didn't want anyone to think my dirty car was for sale :)

We recently purchased our Ford Escape and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. A big shout out to Wills, who made the whole process far too easy. He walked us through the vehicle over video call, answered every question properly and pointed out a heap of features we did not even know existed. By the end of it, we had gone from “we are just having a look” to mentally rearranging the driveway. He was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy at all, which made a big difference. Buying a car can sometimes feel like you need a second coffee and a lie down afterwards, but this was smooth, honest and genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommend. Great service, great vehicle and now we are pretending we have very important errands just so we can take it for another drive.
